Are you excited to watch the Masters this weekend?! I can't wait! I look forward to it all year long and really missed watching golf and seeing those beautiful azalea bushes in full bloom last spring.

It's Friday! Tonight, my "Friday Night Cocktail" is a perfect one to sip on this weekend, while you watch some golf. I am making an Azalea Cocktail. This cocktail is the signature cocktail of the Masters and it is amazing! Of course it is named after the famous bright pink azalea flowers that Augusta National is known for. As much as I love those beautiful blooms, this refreshing cocktail is even better!! Cheers to a wonderful weekend!

The Masters Azalea Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail Shaker

Ice Cubes

2 oz. Vodka

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 oz. Freshly squeezed juice of a lemon

Splash or two of Grenadine

Lemon Wedge

  1. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes. If you do not have a cocktail shaker, a mason jar works great too.

  2. Pour your vodka, pineapple juice and lemon juice into the shaker.

  3. Add a few splashes of grenadine to your cocktail shaker.

  4. Place the lid onto your cocktail shaker and give it a good shake.

  5. Fill a glass halfway with ice.

  6. Strain your Azalea Cocktail into your glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.

If you prefer a lighter drink, just use a highball glass and top this cocktail with some club soda. I love it like that too!

This delicious cocktail isn't just for watching the Masters. It is so light and refreshing that you will want to enjoy it all spring and summer long! It is the perfect cocktail to serve at a party because everyone always loves it!
