Today's weather was pure perfection! The sun was shining, a breeze was blowing and it got up to an amazing 77 degrees!! I needed a day like today to really put me into the mood for Spring!
For this week's "Friday Night Cocktail", I decided to make a drink that looks and tastes like Springtime. A Rosé Wine Spritzer! I love this drink. It is so light and refreshing and it is a perfect cool drink for the warmer days ahead. Plus it is elegant enough to serve on Easter too. I love the crisp taste and beautiful pink color. Cheers!!
Rosé Wine Spritzer
Ingredients:
Your favorite Rosé Wine
Club Soda
Ice Cubes
Lime Slice to garnish
Take a tall white wine glass and fill it 3/4 full with ice.
Fill the glass with 3/4 of your desired choice of Rosé Wine.
Top off the glass with club soda and garnish with a lime slice.
