Lemon Pepper Baked Fish

With football season starting, our schedule got super busy, overnight. I love every crazy minute of it but it does make dinner time a challenge.


This fast and easy baked fish recipe is perfect for busy nights - when you are short on time but still crave a healthy dinner. The lemon pepper is perfect with flounder! Plus I love how fast it cooks! This recipe couldn't be easier!


Lemon Pepper Baked Fish

Ingredients:

Fish fillets (I used flounder)

Olive Oil

Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Lemon wedges

Parsley, chopped


  1. Brush a baking dish with olive oil and place your fish fillets into the dish.

  2. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and brush it so that all of the fish is coated in a layer of olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle on a layer of lemon pepper seasoning.

  4. Bake at 385 degrees, until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. My flounder fillets took about 15 minutes.

  5. Squeeze some fresh lemon wedges over the fish and garnish with chopped parsley.

Brush on a layer of olive oil...

Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning...

Bake at 385 degrees until golden and delicious!

We are trying to eat more fish and this Lemon Pepper Baked Fish makes it so easy! I love to pair it with rice pilaf and a salad too make it a nice healthy dinner! So light and delicious!
