In honor of "Kir's Cuisine's" 3rd anniversary, I am sharing the recipes of my three top blog posts, that have had the most visits.
Coming in at #3 is one of my summer favorite drinks...an Iceberg!
A hot summer or spring day day calls for the most refreshing cocktail ever! I first discovered this drink on a trip to the Riviera Maya and it was love at first sip! The frozen margarita adds a perfect lime flavor and helps to keep the beer super cold. It is honestly the coldest and most refreshing cocktail ever! Perfect for a hot spring or summer day! Cheers!

Iceberg Beer and Margarita Cocktail
Ingredients:
Corona or a Light Beer, chilled
Frozen Margarita
Lime wedge
To make an Iceberg, first prepare a Frozen Margarita. Then fill a tall glass 3/4 full with your favorite Mexican or Light Beer. Top off your glass with the Frozen Margarita and garnish with a fresh lime.
Take a sip and dream of being under these palm trees in the Riviera Maya...
This is the first Iceberg Cocktail that I tried in Mexico...
Making it at home is just as delicious...
One sip takes me back to Mexico...
Trust me, this is an amazing drink! The lime flavor of the margarita just melts into the beer - keeping it super cold and refreshing! It’s the perfect drink to enjoy on a hot spring or summer day!
