How to keep an appetizer cold on a hot summer night...

These July days can be so incredibly hot! Do you have an appetizer that must stay cold in this summer heat? I have a great way to do this! Find two platters that you can stack well together. I like to use this metal tray and melamine platter. I take the metal tray and place a flat cold pack from the freezer onto the tray. Then I place the melamine platter on top of the ice pack. This ice pack keeps the platter nice and cool for all of your favorite summer appetizers! Stay cool and give it a try!
