Fast and easy way to dice cucumbers and zucchini...

It is that time of the year! The zucchini and cucumbers are at their finest! I am using them in so many recipes! Here is a super easy way to dice them up fast!

1. First, cut the cucumber or zucchini in half, lengthwise.

2. Next, place it with the flat cut side down onto the cutting board. Then cut that in half lenghtwise.

3. Now you can quickly dice that half of the zucchini or cucumber.

Now you can use it in your favorite recipe! How easy was that?!
