I am enjoying my lunch so much! It is a beautiful sunny Sunday. The birds are chirping and I can hear the rooster and goats in the farm behind my house. I am loving this Egg Salad and Avocado Toast! It tastes just like something that you would order from a fancy café. And the crisp iced tea with lemon goes perfectly with this! You have to try this amazing combination together!
I could just sit here on my porch all day!! Maybe I will ignore the weeding that needs to be done and just do it?! Ahhhh. Happy Sunday all!
Egg Salad and Avocado Toast
Classic Egg Salad Recipe:
Take a piece of toast and spread the egg salad on it. Top with some fresh avocado slices and paprika and enjoy with a salad and a tall glass of iced tea! Perfection! And such an easy lunch!
So delicious! Next time I am going to have to make an even bigger batch of egg salad!
